Please read these terms carefully before using the bh999j platform. They form a legal agreement between you and us.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bh999j website and services ("Platform"). By registering on the Platform or using it in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. General Provisions

bh999j is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. In these Terms, "we", "our" or "bh999j" refers to the entity operating the Platform; and "you", "user" or "member" refers to any person who is registered on or accesses the Platform without registration.

These Terms are prepared in both English and Bengali, however in the event of any dispute the Bengali version shall prevail. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

  • These Terms apply internationally.
  • Use of the Platform from countries where online gaming is prohibited is not allowed.
  • Each user is personally responsible for complying with applicable laws in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Management

When registering at bh999j you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

When registering an account you must confirm the following:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • The name, address and mobile number provided are accurate and verifiable.
  • You are playing for yourself and with your own funds.
  • The payment account (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay) is registered in your own name.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

bh999j reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. A National ID card (NID), passport or driving licence may be requested for verification.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false information or documents will result in the immediate closure of the account and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Please note: In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, additional documentation may be requested for large transactions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bh999j is ৳500. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and which is registered in your own name.

  • Full account verification is required before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals may be on hold if an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
  • All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The current bh999j welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000, with a 10x wagering requirement. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳28,000.

General terms and conditions for bonuses:

  • Each bonus offer has its own wagering conditions which must be read before accepting the offer.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions have been met.
  • Only one bonus may be claimed per device, IP address or household.
  • bh999j reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings may be voided.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, live casino, slots and other games are available on bh999j. All games are operated through internationally recognised game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe.

  • If a technical issue occurs during a round or bet, the result of that round may be voided and the stake will be returned.
  • For sports betting, if a match is abandoned or cancelled the stake will be returned, unless the conditions of the relevant offer state otherwise.
  • Maximum limits are set for betting markets and bh999j reserves the right to limit the amount of any bet.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, bh999j reserves the right to void that bet.
  • Game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account:

  • Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
  • Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Hacking the system, attempting to access the server without authorisation, or stealing another user's information.
  • Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
  • Claiming to be an official or representative of bh999j.
  • Coordinated bonus abuse among the same individual or group.
  • Knowingly exploiting a technical error in the Platform.
Consequences: If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed, deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Security and Privacy

bh999j uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure. We never sell your information to third parties.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

bh999j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances — without prior notice:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
  • Evidence that the user is a minor.
  • Registration using false or incomplete information.
  • Receipt of a legal directive from the authorities.

Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat. If a valid balance exists before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided (provided no rules have been violated).

11. Limitation of Liability

The bh999j Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. bh999j will not be liable in the following situations:

  • Game cancellation or loss due to internet disconnection.
  • Loss caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
  • Service interruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.).
  • Loss resulting from a virus or security breach on the user's own device.

To the greatest extent possible, we endeavour to resolve any technical issues quickly. In the event of a technical error, arrangements are made to return the user's lost stake.

12. Changes to Terms and Contact

bh999j reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice via the registered email or a banner on the Platform.
